YES, there is a free 14 day trial available for all MacDraft products. The trial includes all of the features and options, free to use for 14 days. This will give you all you need to see what MacDraft has to offer and can do for you, and once you are happy you can then purchase the package that best suits you. The PC Draft and DWG Viewer products offer a Free Demo version, which is not time limited, but does have some features disabled, such as save and export.

We can offer refunds for purchases if the download link and serial number has not yet been provided. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for download versions of the software once the serial number and the download link has been supplied.

We strongly recommend that you check the suitability of the product to ensure it meets your requirements prior to purchase by downloading the trial or demo versions of the product you are interested in. Payments for online orders are processed by our e-commerce company called Digital River. They take payment and supply the serial number and the download link for Download versions of the software purchased through our website. Please check all your mail accounts linked to the purchase and your spam/junk folders.

For online ordered upgrades, Digital River takes payment and pass the information onto us to supply the goods. Physical products are shipped via international sign for delivery service. It can take between 4-8 working days to deliver, depending on the location of the final destination. Upgrades are checked by Microspot for eligibility and sent via the email supplied by the customer, if this email is incorrect and no other form of communication has been supplied such as a phone number or fax number, we will have to wait until the customer contacts us. It is also possible that the email address supplied was correct but the customer has a junk mail filter, we always advise you check that folder. Please be aware that as upgrades are subject to verification, this can only be done during office opening hours, which are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays).
