The Microspot Shipping and Processing Policy is a set of terms that describes how orders are processed, handled and shipped to customers. Our policies include domestic and international shipping speeds, shipping costs, estimates for order processing time, and more. Below is a list of the typical media Microspot offers and that are covered in this policy.
It is important to note that order processing times are different to the shipping times you see in this policy. Order processing times vary depending on the order type, the day and the method in which the product was ordered. Microspot Ltd makes every effort to process orders as quickly as possible and the processing time should be added to the Shipping time.
Digital Downloads: All software available from Microspot come as a digital download as standard. The delivery of digital downloads is managed by sending a download link via email.
Physical DVD’s and USB drives: Some customers may opt for a physical backup of their digital software, which we will ship to them. The terms in this agreement will outline the shipping times, cost, locations and other relevant information.
Microspot Ltd and its partners strive to process orders within 48 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you have purchased a full product through our web store, then the order should be processed immediately after payment has been confirmed. Receiving your order can often be delayed due to the order email being spammed or arriving in your email Junk folder. To avoid this you should add sales@microspot.co.uk and aaron.lamb@microspot.co.uk to your whitelist or to your email contacts. Below is a detailed list of the processing times for your order and purchasing method.
Full software orders (not upgrades) purchased through our website are processed 24/7 as they are delivered via an automated email system.
Full Software and product upgrades purchased through our offices are processed and shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays in the United Kingdom and weekends. These orders WILL NOT be processed or shipped on weekends or the following UK holidays:
Below are the shipping times for Physical orders. As downloads are delivered via email, the shipping times are not relevant. Each location will show the shipping costs in the relevant currency, but can be changed during your order process.

Our standard shipping methods do not offer tracking. However if you would like to purchase a tracked method of delivery, you can do this my contacting our sales team on sales@microspot.co.uk or call +44 (0)1622 793008 Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm UK time, excluding bank holidays.
NOTE: If you require a tracked shipping method, this may incur an additional fee.
