This document outlines the terms by which Microspot manage the sales and pricing of products. Also included are the payment options accepted by Microspot through microspot.com (online), over the phone and by email.
Prices: Prices of products displayed on our website are exclusive of sales tax or any of the appropriate purchase taxes, shipping and carriage charges. Such charges are added during the checkout process once the appropriate information has been gathered. Promotional prices are, at times, available and are only available during the duration of said promotion and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
Price Changes: Microspot Ltd reserves the right to modify the prices at any time and without notice. The prices payable for products are those in effect at the time of our acceptance of your order.
Currency: For your convenience all prices on our website are available in USD ($), GBP (£) and Euros (€). By default the website will show prices in USD ($) unless changed.
Prices at the checkout include appropriate taxes, especially the VAT for all order shipped to or downloaded from the UK and the European Union. For all products downloaded from a country located outside the European Union or dispatched outside the European Union, the price will be calculated exclusive of tax. In the event when other taxes or duties are liable to be due, such duties and sums would not come under our authority and will be taxable to you and under your full responsibility as regards both the statements and payments to the competent authorities and organisations.
If you choose to receive a physical copy of your product, we charge you an additional cost for handling, shipping and carriage. You agree to pay for the shipping and carriage of products as such costs are specified by Microspot Ltd and calculated based on the location of the end user. You shall pay your order prior to delivery and below is a list of accepted payment options:

Microspot Ltd does not save any payment information for a transaction other than the payment type used. Website orders will be handled and processed by MyCommerce. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information of the data we collect and how it is handled.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, private information such as (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers or in writing.
