This document outlines the refunds and returns policy for Microspot products and services. It will also define terms how we deal with refunds and returns for Digital Downloads and Physical Products. For information and terms regarding the sale of products, pricing and payment options, please refer to the Sales, Pricing and Payment terms.
Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Rights and are therefore not services or goods. All digital download sales are final and refunds will not be given if the download link and serial number for your purchased product/s have already been issued. Should the wrong product or version be purchased Microspot will contact you on a case by case bases with options to correct your order.
If you have purchased a physical product, such as a manual, backup DVD or Backup USB and the order has not been processed or shipped, Microspot will be able to issue a refund for the physical portion of your order. If the product has been shipped or already received by the customer, Microspot will require the item(s) to be returned to us, unopened and once received by our returns department, Microspot will issue a refund for the physical product.
At times you will be able to pre order new products and versions. A pre order a special event by which Microspot will offer a product before its release date. Microspot will propose release dates which are subject to change and refund requests can be made if the product has yet to be released.

Microspot Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the shipping condition, cost or time frame involved in shipping your physical product back to us. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the item(s) being returned and that shipping costs from outside of the UK may be much higher than those of domestic rates.
Refunds can only be processed once the returned product has been received by Microspot, unopened and undamaged. Damaged returns may incur additional fees to the customer, which may affect the refund given.
Please note that Microspot will endeavour to investigate any damage, loss or theft of any returns, however as the customer is the sender, they will be responsible for contacting the shipping company they used for returning the product, should an issue arise. Microspot will endeavour to process agreed refunds within up to 72 hours after the return has been confirmed as received by us.
