Linear duplication is a form of advanced duplication and therefore is only available in MacDraft Pro. With linear duplication you can select any object and define how many copies you would like to duplicate along with the duplication direction, offset, distance and angle. You can also set it to duplicate in 2 different directions. Select an object and go Edit > Duplication > Linear Duplication. In here set the parameters of your duplication. In this example we want to achieve 4 objects spaced 2 feet apart in a straight line. Once set, click OK and the duplication will be complete.
